The next meeting of the MUN Tabletop Games Club is MONDAY, 1st of February, at 5:00 pm. We're meeting in the Food Court, but if the Landing or the Loft is free we may be moving there later. I'm trying to get rooms booked, and I think we'll be able to get the Landing or Loft for the remainder of February.

The results of Scott's web poll are in, and it seems Monday is the winner. Accordingly, we'll be meeting on Mondays throughout February. Depending on interest, people might still be getting together unofficially on Wednesday too.

We have a new web resource, on Ron Keating's Time Cave Games website. It has a list of games owned by regular club members, linked to their email addresses. If you want to play something at the meeting, just give the owner a shout.

Membership is not available yet this semester, pending the creation of membership cards.

We are looking for a new exec currently, if you are interested, please message Charles.

This weekend, (Saturday the 30th of Jan, 12Pm to 12am at Pete's Place, (The community room in Hatcher House)), is Winter-een-mas, held by the Geek society, and Charles intends to crash it with boardgames.
Entry is free this year, and we'd love to see a lot of our regulars having a grand ol' time there
More about winter-een-mas on this forum.

(If you don't know where Hatcher House is, a nice map is here: http://wintereenmas.thegeeksociety.com/event.html)

As usual, this has been announce:
1. On the timecave forums, (timecave.net)
2. On the geek Society forums, (http://www.thegeeksociety.com)
3. Through our mailing list, (email munboardgames*at*gmail_dot_com to be added)

The next meeting of the MUN Tabletop Games Club is MONDAY, 7th of February, at 5:00 pm. We're meeting in the Landing or the Loft. Whichever is free.
(We actually have a room booked, but I wasn't the one who booked it, and I only just remembered that we're meeting on mondays now. So although i don;t know which room we've booked, rest assured that either the loft or landing will be free when we get there)

We have a new web resource, on Ron Keating's Time Cave Games website. It has a list of games owned by regular club members, linked to their email addresses. If you want to play something at the meeting, just give the owner a shout.

Membership is not available yet this semester, pending the creation of membership cards. It may not be available this semester, based on dwindling interest and executive.

We are looking for a new exec currently, if you are interested, please message Charles.
Currently, Charles is the only exec, and is still looking to resign when he can find a good exec to run the club and finish the constitution.
(Yes, this was mentioned previously. I want a games club on campus; I don't want to run it, if I can help it)

As usual, this has been announced:
1. On the timecave forums, (timecave.net)
2. On the geek Society forums, (http://www.thegeeksociety.com)

I've been sick, and spending all that time normal people spend sleeping with a girl. :P

Honestly, though, when I say it in my head, it doesn't sound wrong. God, I can even pronounce it without stumbling.
I have to figure out where this aberration in my speech patterns came from, now.
